House Description: Our vacation residence is a spacious, naturally lit home comprising six bedrooms: one single with an en-suite bathroom and five doubles, all equipped with single beds and individual air conditioning systems, making it the perfect retreat for large groups or families looking to enjoy time together without sacrificing personal space. The property's beachfront garden stands as an oasis of serenity and tranquility, ideal for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying outdoor meals.

The expansive terraces offer spectacular ocean views, providing the perfect spot to savor a glass of wine at sunset or simply unwind to the sound of the waves. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for preparing delicious meals with family or friends.

If you prefer dining out, the residence is located a short distance from some of the area's most outstanding restaurants. The spacious living and dining room, adorned with cozy decor, offers an ideal space for socializing, equipped with an air conditioning system.

The large windows allow natural light to flood the room and offer sea views.

We hope you choose our home for your next getaway! Air conditioning available from 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Important Information: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a fee of €50 will be charged during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.

Guests must collect replacement keys from our office. On the day of departure, no trash should be left in the property.

Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016).

Shortly before your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
