A three-story townhouse located in front of the emblematic old walls of Palma, and Palma's most well-known local beach.
This is the ideal accommodation for guests who want to explore Palma town.
Its prime location is its main appeal.
The house is located in proximity to the Gothic Roman Catholic Cathedral of Palma, as well as many other tourist attractions and shops. The first floor is the living room area with an open-plan dining with glass-panelled doors that can be opened to enjoy the summer breeze.
There is a well-equipped kitchen with everything you need for home cooking.
There is also a cosy bedroom with a traditional double bed and a toilet. The second level has a bright and sunny bedroom suite with a large double bed and a small area with a desk and wardrobe space.
The en suite bathroom has a shower over the bath. The third level is a very spacious bedroom with two single beds.
There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The house has central heating for the winter and fans for the summer. Enjoy Palma and its many attractions! It's a perfect place for a holiday in Palma to enjoy shopping, museums, explore the old town culture, and it is also close to the city beach, where you can chill with the beautiful ocean view. *This property offers self-check-in.
