Charming town house with a homely decor and beautiful mountain views.
It is located in the urban center of the pretty village of Campanet, in a very charming area.
The house, filled with natural light, consists of a spacious entrance and a lovely living room with a comfortable sofa, television, and ceiling fan.
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and access to the terrace, and the other with a twin bed, accommodating up to 4 people.
The independent induction kitchen has been recently renovated and is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, wood-burning stove, and two coffee machines, one a filter coffee maker and the other a Nespresso.
Next to the kitchen, there is a large wooden table and chairs.
At the back of the house, you will find a small, pretty garden with a jacuzzi, two sun loungers, and a parasol, as well as a covered terrace area with a table and chairs, perfect for enjoying summer lunches and dinners.
Important information: The jacuzzi is available free of charge from April 1st to October 31st.
From June to September, the water is kept at room temperature.
In April, May, and October, the jacuzzi will be heated, though it will never exceed 30°C.
To conserve heat, it is important to keep the jacuzzi covered with the thermal blanket when not in use.
A bathrobe and slippers will be provided per person.
The laundry room is also located here.
Upstairs, accessible via stairs from the garden, is a fabulous terrace, also reachable from the twin bedroom, featuring a small chill-out area and a barbecue, as well as a yoga mat, Pilates ring, and rowing machine.
Among other amenities, the villa offers internet access (WiFi), heat pump heating, air conditioning, and outdoor parking 90m away.
