Bluehouseportixol is a charming little house in a peaceful, authentic corner, away from mass tourism.
Enjoy romantic dinners watching the sunset or a delicious meal with friends and family at local restaurants. Perfect for all ages, with water activities, a beach, and a 33 km bike path along Palma Bay. You can walk to the center of Palma for shopping and sightseeing. Our cozy home is located in the picturesque Molinar/Portixol neighborhood, a place that will make you feel at home from the very first moment.
Upon entering, you are welcomed by a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area perfect for enjoying your meals.
The bright and inviting living room opens directly onto a spacious private patio, where a beautiful century-old Ficus tree provides perfect shade for relaxing outdoors. The patio is the ideal spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner in total privacy.
Here you can unwind under the tree, listen to birdsong, and enjoy the peaceful Mallorcan neighborhood.
The patio also features a laundry area, a solar shower with hot water, a WC, and a chill-out zone perfect for an afternoon siesta.
Every corner breathes a relaxing, seaside atmosphere. Upstairs, there are two lovely double bedrooms with queen beds, ideal for resting after a day exploring the island.

The house was exactly as advertised, in a lovely area just outside Palma. Clean, bright and a 2 min walk to the beach, groceries or the bus. we had a car and it was easy to find street parking. The host left us a delicious basket of Mallorcan treats and was very easy to work with. Highly recommended!

This is our second time staying at the blue house over Christmas. Sanam is a wonderful host who provides such lovely touches and is easy to contact. Clear check in and out instruction is provided.
