Oasis is a small apartment for 2 people and is located above Cala Santanyi, in a small urbanisation. It is only 800 metres from the beach and via the access road to Cala Santanyí you can reach the picturesque white sandy beach with crystal-clear water. Just a few minutes by car away, you can experience further highlights of Mallorca. You can discover idyllic bays, such as "Cala Sa Nau" or "Cala Llombards", or get to know "Es Trenc" with its Caribbean blue water.


In the approximately 3 km distant town of Santanyí, you have the opportunity to stroll through the typical Mallorcan alleys and browse the numerous tasteful boutiques or the weekly market. Here no wishes remain unfulfilled, and you will definitely find a beautiful souvenir for your loved ones at home. Here you will also find larger supermarkets, as well as pharmacies and ATMs.


The Oasis Apartment is located on the upper floor of a small house and is equipped with a bedroom with a double bed. The living area includes a cosy living room with a kitchenette. The kitchen is well-equipped and allows you to prepare your meals as you wish. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. The apartment has no air conditioning, but fans are available in the bedroom and living area.


A terrace with comfortable furniture is accessible from the living area and bedroom. Here you can relax, enjoy the sun and take your meals outdoors. The terrace offers you a private outdoor space to enjoy the warm days and mild evenings.


As a guest of Oasis, you also have access to a large community pool that is very suitable for swimming. The pool area is beautifully overgrown with palm trees and plants. Comfortable loungers are available in the right pool area. Here you can cool down and relax while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The pool is cleaned twice a week. Parking is available on the street directly next to the building.

Equipment
The holiday home is equipped with bed linen, towels and basic kitchen and bathroom utensils for the stay. As this is a self-catering holiday accommodation, guests can replace consumables as needed during their stay. Baby cots and high chairs can be provided upon request.


Tourist tax
According to local regulations, all guests must pay the tourist tax (Ecotasa). Some booking platforms do not automatically collect this fee, so you will receive the corresponding information separately if necessary. A refundable deposit is required.
