Distribution.



The villa is distributed on one floor. There we find the living-dining room with a sofa, an armchair and a dining table perfect for four people. The TV is Smart-TV so you can enjoy your streaming platforms or channels from your country. It is also equipped with air-conditioning for extra comfort during the day.

The kitchen is fully equipped.

Two comfortable bedrooms, both with double bed 150x200 cm and air conditioning.

And finally a complete bathroom with shower cabin and a complete toilet inside the villa.

The house is of course fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and in the living room.




Outdoor area.



From the living/dining room there is access to a large terrace, where there is another dining table, perfect for long evenings outdoors and enjoying a magnificent sunset.


Next to this terrace there is an above ground swimming pool with a wooden deck. This pool measures 3.5 x 1.5 metres with a depth of 100 cm.

Another large terrace with a barbecue makes it possible to enjoy different spaces depending on the time of day.

Finally, a ping-pong table will be the enjoyment of the whole family during the holidays.

For your convenience, the house also has private parking, inside the fenced property.



Note 1. This does not release the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.



Note 2. Where it is possible to allow later departure, subject to availability, the cost will be 90 € until 13:00h. and 160 € until 16:00h.

Note 3. Free entry to the accommodation with our agency staff until 22:00h, 30 € (22:00-00:00) or 50 € (after 00:00). Option of free autonomous access with staff welcome the following day


Note 4. On arrival at the property a 500€ deposit will be blocked on a credit card, this deposit will be returned after checking that there is no damage or damage to the villa.

Note 5. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are obliged to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
