Our Villa "Punta des Port" is a spacious and bright villa with exceptional facilities, located in a residential area of Portopetro, close to the sea. The house can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, available 24 hours a day for the comfort of our guests, as well as central heating in all rooms.



Wifi and a small desk make the house ideal for working from home.



At 50 m from the house you can find a direct access to the sea, moreover, there is a beach located at 600 m.



The House and the exteriors

As you enter through the main door, you will access a spacious entrance hall. To the right, you will see a large living-dining room, which is directly connected to a large table on the terrace. Connected to the dining area you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry and the laundry room. Also on the ground floor you find two of the four bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest toilet.



Upstairs on the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom and a large dressing room. Furthermore, there is access to a spacious terrace with sea views.




The installed wifi and a small desk in one of the rooms make the house ideal for working from home.



Situated on a plot which is very little visible from the street, this house offers you several partly covered terraces with plenty of outdoor seating. Its lawn and swimming pool invite you to sunbathe and cool off on summer days. Furthermore, equipped with a built-in barbecue, you can make a barbecue for friends and family. There is also a porch with a ping-pong table and a place to store bicycles.




The villa is only a few steps away from an access to the sea and about 600 metres from a sandy beach.

The key is deposited in a key box with a code. You will be informed of the code in good time before arrival.
