The flat has one bedroom and a living-dining room with two sofa beds. The kitchenette is equipped with a hob, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with freezer. Towels, bed linen and electricity are included in the price.



The direct sea view from the small terrace of the flat is particularly impressive. Here you can relax at the end of the day and enjoy the sea view.


The flat is located directly in front of the sea in the beautiful diving bay Cala Lliteras. The harbour of Cala Ratjada is only 1 km away and offers a promenade with many bars, restaurants and nightlife.




In addition, a rental safe can be used, it can be rented directly at the establishment.



The tourist tax is not included in the price. It is payable 2 days before arrival by credit card, as well as the damage deposit of 150,- €. The refund of the deposit is automatic 48/72 hours after departure. Groups of young people are not allowed.



In price category C there are 6 flats available on the ground floor, 1 flat on the 1st floor and 1 flat on the 2nd floor. The flats on the 1st and 2nd floor have balconies.
