Ideal for 8 guests, this large finca with a private pool, terrace, and barbecue is located in Petra, in the center of Mallorca.
The center of the island is a very tranquil and authentic place for a family holiday.
On Wednesday mornings, Petra hosts its local market.
Afterwards, you can enjoy a good "pa amb oli" in the village square or visit the hermitage with panoramic views that stretch all the way to Alcúdia.
In approximately 30 minutes by car, you can reach the northern beaches like Can Picafort or Son Serra de Marina, or the beautiful coves of the east, including Cala Millor and Porto Cristo.
A car is necessary. The finca features a private chlorine pool, measuring 9 x 6 meters, perfect for starting the day with a refreshing swim.
Adjacent to it, you can sunbathe in the garden with sun loungers and artificial grass or enjoy a barbecue with the whole family.
Upon entering, there is a comfortable living-dining area with satellite TV and a large dining table.
Next is the fully equipped kitchen, including an induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher.
On the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom with air conditioning and a full bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, there are the other 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the others with 2 single beds, as well as another bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
The house provides 2 cots and 1 high chair, fast WiFi, and a washing machine. Please note: A tourist tax, known as the Ecotasa, exists in the Balearic Islands and must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is EUR 2.20 per night per person in high season and EUR 0.55 per night per person in low season.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a Visa/MasterCard with a secure payment link.
This payment is mandatory. Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age.

The security deposit will be held via credit card, and the client will need to provide their details through a secure payment link.
It will be returned within 7 days after departure. IMPORTANT: Our office hours are Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm.
