Villa Cas Cosinet is an old 17th century wine cellar restored and converted into a beautiful property of 400 m2 with a wide distribution of 5 bedrooms, swimming pool and an extensive garden of 1000 m2.

On the lower floor, there is another bedroom with four single beds (ideal for children) and a complete bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there is a living room, a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and separate bathtub, and another bedroom with two single beds. In addition, there is another bathroom with shower and bathtub, not en suite. The upper floor also has a large room connected to the room below and with access to a terrace.



The garden of the property is very spacious and is divided into four distinct areas. In the access area to the house, there is an area under a large vine that provides shade and freshness, and an area with an outdoor table ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. In the pool area, there are sun loungers on both sides for sunbathing and relaxing. There is also a barbecue area and a porch with sofas and a dining table, perfect for outdoor dining or just relaxing and enjoying the garden. - Use the heating/air conditioning in a responsible manner. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also be sure to close windows and doors so that hot or cold air does not escape.



- No parties or events are allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
