Comfortable villa with a private pool in the beautiful Bonaire area of Alcudia.
The lovely sandy coves of San Joan and San Pere are just a 10-minute walk away. The villa with a pool in Bonaire is a bright, modern villa in a quiet residential area.
It can accommodate up to 8 people.
There are 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread over 2 floors.
The villa features a garden with a pool, table tennis, a barbecue area, and both covered and open terraces that are fully equipped. The beautiful coves of San Joan and San Pere are approximately a 10-minute walk away.

Lovey apartment - great space for families, lovely big pool and only 5 mins walk to local shop and lovely couple of restaurants. Thoughtful touches like leaving us milk and bread in fridge for our latish arrival (6pm) was much appreciated. Would thoroughly recommend for anyone visiting the area. We hope to be back!

Martina’s villa is in a great location, walking distance to a couple of bars and a small local shop. You can also walk to a beautiful local beach which is small but really good for families. The villa was really well equipped for our stay and Martina made sure we had every thing we needed for a comfortable stay.
