Classic rustic finca near Felanitx for 10 people with a spacious garden and a large pool.
Son Oliver is a classic Mallorcan finca that preserves the typical Mallorcan character, located 4 kilometers from the town of Felanitx, and 15 minutes from the coves on the Mallorcan east coast.
Upon arriving at the house, you'll find a beautiful garden, which combines lawn with Mediterranean plants like rosemary and lavender.
An arched area in front of the house separates it from the pool, and beneath these arches, there is a dining table, a chill-out area, and a barbecue.
The 6x10 meter pool is surrounded by a spacious lawn area with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower.
Entering the house, you'll find a large hall.
To the right, there is a double bedroom with a double bed and a classic wardrobe with a mirror.
Adjacent to the bedroom is a full bathroom with a bathtub.
To the left of the hall is the living room with sofas by the television.
Elements that have been preserved, such as the fireplace or the old laundry room, are noteworthy.
Next is the dining room and the kitchen with built-in cabinets and fully equipped.
On the ground floor, there is another room with a double bed.

Dejligt hus i spansk stil. Rent og pænt. Stor fordel med egen pool.
Wi-fi fungerede ikke optimalt. Sengene trænger til en opgradering, og dobbeltsengene på 160 cm burde have 2 dyner.
