The property is located in Cala Bona, in a beautiful and well-maintained gated community with a communal pool.
The apartment is located on the second floor. It is a two bedrooms apartment (one bedroom has a queen size bed and the other has two single beds). It includes: two full bathrooms, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace with putdoor furniture. Baby cot and hight chair available to our guests.
It has air conditioning (hot / cold), both in the living room and in the bedrooms. 20MB WIFI and a smart TV.
In the pool area there are 4 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas for the private use of our guests.
Please bare in mind that the ecotax is not included in the price and will be charged to all adults staying at 2,2€ per adult and per night from may to october and 1,65€per adult and per night from november to april.
We will not accept reservations of groups of people under 21 years of age.
Electricity usage: first 150kw/h are free. Any excess of usage will be charged at 0,22€ each Kw/h.

Really nice apartment in a great location. The view of the mountains from the balcony are quite special and once out of the building there are plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. The host met us outside, quite late into the evening to hand us the keys and upon entry we found a nice welcome pack of snacks, wine and even a few beers in the fridge. Would highly recommend staying here!

el apartamento es genial, cerca de la playa y de supermercados, restaurantes, bares, etc. Ideal para conocer cómodamente la isla. El aparcamiento no estuvo disponible durante nuestra estancia, creo que simplemente fue un error en la publicidad del alojamiento. En general el alojamiento es estupendo y completamente recomendable
