Capable of accommodating up to 10 guests, the villa boasts 5 large bedrooms and is surrounded by beautifully manicured gardens.
Its strategic location near Alcudia, Pollensa, and Puerto Pollensa makes it the perfect choice for large families or groups of friends wishing to explore the north of Mallorca. The interior of the villa is divided into two areas, and its design has been conceived to offer both comfort and style.
Upon entering, you will find a large living-dining room that connects to a spacious terrace.
Adjacent to this area is a modern, fully equipped kitchen.
On this floor, there is also a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, including a jacuzzi, as well as a twin bedroom.
Descending a set of stairs leads to three more double bedrooms: one with an en-suite bathroom and another shared bathroom for the other two rooms. The villa features a generous private pool measuring 10m x 5m, located at the front of the house, surrounded by extensive lawns, shrubs, and flowers.
Umbrellas and sun loungers are provided for all guests, ensuring maximum comfort.
Additionally, next to the pool, there is a large covered terrace with a barbecue, making it the perfect spot for al fresco dining.
Villa Marco is the ideal place to make the most of the outdoors while enjoying the island's best amenities. Air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM for your complete comfort. Information to consider: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of those hours.
New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property.
Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be charged for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26th) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Near your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
