It is located on a quiet residential street in the fashionable Santa Catalina area, Palma.
The house has 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has been decorated with all modern amenities: air conditioning / state-of-the-art heating system with built-in air purifier, fireplace in the living room, Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen ... Large patio doors that can be opened to connect the outside and inside of the house. The sunny patio is completed with comfortable outdoor furniture and sun loungers, it is perfect for relaxing after a day in the city.
The shallow swimming pool is ideal for sitting and relaxing on a hot day. Just a few minutes' walk away, you will find yourself in the heart of Santa Catalina, a very lively and popular area, full of restaurants and bars.
The heart of Palma and its shopping district are also within easy reach. We encourage all our guests to make responsible use of electricity: the first 150kw are included in the rental price. The ecological tax / tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged to all adult guests at €2.2 per person per night (May to October) and €0.55 for the rest of the year. Please note the house rules: - No parties - No smoking - No loud music - We will not accept reservations from groups of people under 23 years of age.
