This very special holiday home was built directly on the hillside on a rock terrace and so you have a breathtaking view of the bay of Deia. The house has three floors: on the upper floor there is a combined living and dining room with an open and fully equipped modern kitchen. From the living room you have direct access to the terrace, which is furnished with a dining table and a cosy seating set. There is also a brick barbecue so that nothing stands in the way of cosy barbecue evenings. There are also two double bedrooms on this level, both of which have access to a shared shower room. An external staircase takes you to the next level down, where there are two further double bedrooms, which also share a communal shower room. Again, an external staircase leads to the lowest level, where there is another terrace. Here you can relax on one of the sun loungers or take a dip in the jacuzzi. If you prefer to swim in the sea, take a small path that will take you directly there.
