Fantastic flat in a single-family house 1st floor located on the outskirts of Selva with splendid views to the mountains.

This flat for its location, spaciousness, equipment, decoration and incredible exteriors is a comfortable and warm home to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in Mallorca.

The flat consists of four double bedrooms, two complete bathrooms; one en suite, living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with exit to the terrace. There are two terraces, one of them is located at the entrance of the flat and the other one of 40 m² in front of the swimming pool.

The interior of the house is splendid but without any doubt the most wonderful of this property are the exteriors: a terrace with views to the garden, the swimming pool and the mountains. This space is perfect for breakfast al fresco.

After going down some stairs we access the swimming pool of 9,50 x 4,50 with a depth of 1,05 to 2,10. The pool is saline chlorinated and has Roman steps for easy access; it is surrounded by lawn and equipped with sun loungers for all guests, a swing and an outdoor shower. There is also a nice and spacious porch with barbecue, wood oven, table and chairs and a sofa to enjoy pleasant evenings.

The house is fully air-conditioned, all rooms have central heating and air conditioning with heat pump.

All the services you will find in Selva, 750 m from the house, a beautiful and picturesque mountain village located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, where you will find good restaurants, bars, a supermarket, grocery shops and bakeries.

A perfect place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city or saturated tourist areas, ideal for walking, resting and enjoying the scenery. Hiking enthusiasts will find in the Sierra de Tramunta, the most interesting and varied offer. The different routes that cover almost the entire sierra offer hikers the chance to enjoy wonderful views, natural forests and fresh air.

As it is connected to the motorway, in about 20 minutes you can be in Palma for shopping or interesting cultural visits. The same time will take us to reach some of the most beautiful beaches and coves in the north of the island such as the bay of Alcúdia or Pollensa.

At only 2 km is Inca, one of the three most important municipalities of the island, do not miss its important weekly market which is held on Thursdays.
