Situated in Pou Nou on the outskirts of Sant Lluís, it is a 10-minute drive from the beaches of the south coast, such as Binibeca and Punta Prima. "La Martina" features a spacious Minorcan-style porch perfect for enjoying long summer evenings, complete with a beautiful built-in barbecue.

It boasts a large garden surrounded by flowers and plants, with a pleasant natural lawn where children can play. Inside, you'll find a living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen equipped with an electric oven, ceramic hob, TV, and Wi-Fi, as well as a capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher.

The living area has a fan. There is 1 double bedroom with a king-size bed and 2 single bedrooms, all equipped with fans.

The three bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and 2 sinks. The pleasant and cozy porch includes comfortable sofas and armchairs.

There is a large solarium with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a separate laundry area with a washing machine. The owner, who cultivates tomatoes, peppers, and eggplants, and cares for animals like chickens and geese on a nearby farm, will periodically visit the property. This deposit must be paid by card before arrival and will be refunded after departure, once the property's condition and the group's appropriate behavior during the stay have been verified.
