Fantastic, newly renovated duplex-style holiday home with private garage, eat-in kitchen, bedroom with en-suite bathroom in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. It offers space for 2 people.
Distribution: On the ground floor is the garage with a bathroom with shower; On the first floor is the living room with TV and double sofa bed next to the fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs is the bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a bathroom with shower. On request, we can carry out the installation for an extra charge of 10 €/day. If you have a need, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
The DUPLEX PALMA APARTMENT is located in an ideal area for families, right in the historic centre. You will find everything nearby, such as restaurants, for example "Raimundo Burger" (50 m), supermarkets, for example daily open "Bip Sa Gerreria" (500 m), sandy beaches, the closest being "Ca'n Pere. Antoni" which is only 1 km away.
If you don't want to rent a car, don't worry, the nearest bus stop is 300 metres from the house and at the "Estación intermodal - Plaça d'Espanya" you will find all the buses and trains that will take you all over the island. Private transport is not necessary as the location is central. The most important sights of the city such as the cathedral, Plaza Mayor or Passeig d'es Born can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot.
"Sa Gerreria" is one of the best neighbourhoods in Palma, both for its location in the city and for its gastronomic offer. The neighbourhood is mainly frequented by locals. There is a great presence of urban art.
*The street is a bit narrow, so it is difficult to park a large car in the garage, preferably small or medium-sized cars. We apologise for any inconvenience beyond our control.
A security deposit of 250 € will be retained during your stay.
Rules:
It is completely forbidden to smoke in the accommodation. If you do not comply with the rule, you will be penalised.
-Please keep the accommodation tidy and clean.
-Please respect the common areas: Stairs and corridors, keep them clean and walk through them in silence.
Excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly forbidden! In case of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disruptive behaviour of people in their group, the owner has the right to exclude the client and all guests from the accommodation, regardless of whether it is day or night and without any return of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.
"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as pleasant and safe as possible. The entire establishment is private and you will have no direct contact with anyone during your entire stay as there are no public areas.
Note: The flat is located in a residential area. For access by car, it is mandatory that we contact the town hall to request a driving permit for you. We will give you instructions when you make the reservation.
