Villa Bendinat 10 - by Priority (tourist license number ETV15389), is a picturesque holiday villa with a pool and exceptional sea views, where you can rest your gaze from the terrace.

The spacious property consists of a pool surrounded by palm trees, a covered terrace, and a garden, and the villa is particularly bright, tastefully decorated, and welcoming.
Up to 8 guests can be accommodated in the 4 bedrooms of the two-story villa with an elevator.
You can immerse yourselves in a jacuzzi and enjoy four bathrooms, two of which have bathtubs and two have showers.
You will find everything you need to feel at home: high-speed WiFi and televisions, air conditioning, central heating, parking for three cars, barbecue facilities, washing machine, and hairdryer.
The kitchen has gas and induction hobs, a fridge and freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and juicer.
Bendinat is a residential area, a 10-minute drive from Palma, the ideal place for those seeking tranquility and rest.
Furthermore, it is a perfect starting point for visiting the beach along the turquoise sea, the Bendinat golf course, or Marineland, and much more.
Do not hesitate to ask for recommendations. *If energy consumption is excessive (more than 20L of diesel/day), a supplement will be charged for excessive energy use.
Villa Rules - Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty. - Guests are requested to maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa throughout their stay. - Guests must take responsibility for the generated waste, depositing it in the designated bins or collection points before departure. - The use of air conditioning and heating must be responsible, turning them off when not inside the villa. - Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited.
In case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or disruptive behavior by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to immediately expel the client and all guests, at any time of day or night, without any refund of the amount paid and retaining the security deposit.
Reservation Conditions - Upon arrival, guests must pay a security deposit of €1,000.00, by bank transfer, which will be refunded after departure, provided there are no damages or breaches of the rules. - Tourist tax: €2.20 per adult per night, payable in cash upon arrival.

The villa is in a perfect location, the views are amazing. The owner and his son are beyond helpful and are easy to contact. The villa is well equipped and a great size. We had a wonderful stay and created happy memories with our family.

We did a beautiful memories in the Vila. The photos not show the real, the house is much more beautiful than in the photos. The view is really pretty.
