A unique property in the village of Pollença, located within walking distance of the centre, just a short stroll from the main square. The house has been carefully restored, preserving the original terracotta floors and wooden beams throughout the property. It has a large and beautiful garden and parking area. Right in the centre of the garden, there is a modern jacuzzi and sun loungers around it, and next to it there is a table with chairs, ideal for outdoor dining. There is a separate covered terrace with comfortable seating by the built-in barbecue, and another nice corner with traditional Mallorcan rocking chairs, shaded by a pergola.
The light-filled interior of the villa is tastefully decorated and furnished, giving it a very cosy ambience. The living-dining room is spacious and bright and has an ornamental fireplace, satellite TV and DVD player. The kitchen is very well equipped with custom-made cupboards, tiled floors and a separate pantry (where the dishwasher is located). This part of the house has two bedrooms, a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and another double bedroom with two single beds, as well as a full bathroom.
On the other hand, the third bedroom is located in the annexe, which is accessed by a separate staircase. This room is a large independent loft with table and chairs, kitchenette, bathroom and a door leading to a nice terrace with views over the surrounding rooftops and the hill of Puig de Maria, as well as the garden and the jacuzzi below.
This is an ideal holiday home for a family or group of friends looking for peace and quiet and a secluded garden area with swimming pool, whilst still having the experience of being in the centre of the village. Local bakeries, shops and restaurants are just a short walk away, and the great beaches of the area are just a short drive away.

Located near the centre of Pollensa, a large spacious property with Mallorcan charm. There was plenty of room for us including storage areas, small welcome pack on arrival and everything you needed. Nice garden areas to enjoy the sun and rain
