An additional family bathroom is shared by the two twin bedrooms, both with their glass sliding doors leading to a balcony overlooking the impressive Albufera.

Guests have access to a bathroom and a laundry room from the patio, as well as an outdoor hot water shower next to the pool. The property has air conditioning and a pellet stove.

Air conditioning is available from 2 PM to 4 PM and from 8 PM to 8 AM. New keys must be collected from our office by the guest. On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property.

Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be charged for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016).
