This splendid house is located in the Santa Ponsa area, a tourist town belonging to the municipality of Calvià. Santa Ponsa has first class tourist services: shops, bars, nightclubs and restaurants. The interior area has a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a lounge area on the covered terrace where you can enjoy a good reading or rest comfortably. There is also a dining room overlooking the garden. The house has 6 very comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. It has 3 bathrooms and a toilet. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite television. Casa Padrino has a spectacular outdoor area with an oval pool, a large area to sunbathe in hammocks and also cool off with an outdoor shower and, if you want, rest from the heat. There is an outdoor terrace where you can relax and organize a barbecue or dinner by the pool. This house is ideal for families or groups of friends.

It is located at a distance of 4 km from the Santa Ponsa Golf Club.

Guests are asked to sign a rental agreement before entering the property. In addition, due to the new regulations of the Balearic Government since Friday, July 1, 2016, has implemented the new 'sustainable tourism tax' of the Balearic Islands to be charged to everyone (residents and non-residents of the EU) who stay in hotels, apartments (that are classified as tourist accommodation) and cruises. The rate during high season (from April to October included) will be:• 2,20€ per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; 1,10€ per day per adult for the remainder. All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from 1st November. This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union. We will take payment upon your arrival to the house or apartment.
Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities. 1. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of application of this standard will collect the data of the users of the same in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations that are developed by means of this royal decree. 2. The entry forms for the use of hosting services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who makes use of them, according to the system and model established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3. Clients will receive the Link from the host to be able to register all the members who are going to stay in the vacation rental homes. This process is very simple and fast and failure to comply with this legal requirement may cause the breach of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.

Het huis was schoon en netjes en we kregen zelfs een welkomstpakket met snacks en schoonmaakbenodigdheden voor de eerste dag. Heel erg fijn als je laat aankomt en de winkels al dicht zijn.
de bovenverdieping heeft geen deur waardoor het wat gehorig is als er mensen in de ochtend al in de keuken zijn. Ook kregen we voor het verblijf meerdere verzoeken om toeristenbelasting te betalen, ook als de eerste keer al betaald was. Daar moet je goed opletten en weten wat je rechten zijn.

Genial para unas vacaciones en familia. Casa grande, mucho espacio, calefaccion, piscina, barbacoa.. muy completo. Un detalle la fuente de agua. A mejorar la comodidad de algunas camas y el agua caliente. En general muy bien.

Villa had everything we needed and was in a nice, quiet location. The Villa is a bit dated but it was clean and suited our needs for a 3 day cycle trip. Eleonora was amazing and very to quick to respond any questions I had.
