Villa Can Bellet is a wonderful place. A place that excites us and makes us feel happy. A place to spend an intimate vacation. A peaceful and unforgettable vacation, a vacation full of the ancient soul of the island of Mallorca, where time passes slowly, and the days pass peacefully.From Villa Can Bellet, on clear days at dawn, we see the sun rise over the sea, and then we hear the loud singing of the birds. The sky and the sea, for a moment, are painted in orange and violet colors. The earth seems to roll.A very beautiful and special Mediterranean garden, cared for for many years, surrounds the house and fills it with beauty, freshness, harmony and intimacy. Palm trees, cypresses, agaves, orange trees, lemon trees, apricot trees, persimmons, Aleppo pines, holm oaks... coexist with fig trees, almond trees, roses, apricot trees, bignonias, cacti, oleanders, candelabras... and can be enjoyed from every window and terraces of the house. Plants accompany us with their freshness and their company.A large, turquoise green pool, omnipresent for cooling off and swimming, allows us to enjoy the fresh water, between sunbathing, and rest peacefully next to it on our comfortable sun loungers. Next door, an iron pergola, covered with vegetation, protects us from the heat and offers us a table where we can eat the delicious products of Mallorca and enjoy our snacks and meals. For wine lovers, knowing what is made today on the island is another great attraction of the vacation.Villa Can Bellet has capacity for 8 people, has five bedrooms (two with a single bed, two with two single beds, one with a double bed), four bathrooms. Two towers, one of them completely independent, house the main rooms, each with its own bathroom. Ceiling fans cool the air naturally. The kitchen extends into a dining room that extends into a spacious living room with two rooms and a beautiful fireplace. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, fireplace and satellite television. Outside you will find furnished terraces, a barbecue where you can prepare your meals and a wonderful pool area with sun loungers.Sea views from the tower.From Villa Can Bellet, a five-minute walk takes you to the sea, Cala Rotja, a small and intimate cove where you can sunbathe, swim, play with the waves and cool off. A twenty-minute walk or five minutes by car takes you to Canyamel Beach, a large and long beach at the foot of the famous Artá Caves and Cap Vermell. On Canyamel beach, a beautiful torrent of fresh water flows into a meander.Artá and Capdepera are the most important towns and closest to Villa Can Bellet. Colonia de San Pedro is the marina of Artá, just as Cala Ratjada is the marina of Capdepera. Towns and marinas ideal for strolling at sunset and stopping in their squares, and exploring their walks enjoying the sunset and their wonderful environments and landscapes. The owners of the accommodation and vehicle rental activities included in the scope of application of this standard will collect the data of the users of the same in order to proceed with their registration and the communication necessary for compliance with the legal obligations that are developed by means of this royal decree. 2. The entry forms for the use of hosting services must be signed by any person over the age of fourteen who makes use of them, according to the system and model established. In the case of persons under fourteen years of age, their data will be provided by the person of legal age with whom they are accompanied. 3. Clients will receive the Link from the host to be able to register all the members who are going to stay in the vacation rental homes. This process is very simple and fast and failure to comply with this legal requirement may cause the breach of the previous contract, making it impossible for guests to access the reserved property.

Era una casa muy bonita situada en una parcela doble con una fantástica piscina en el jardín. La zona era generalmente muy tranquila y acogedora.
Det var et rigtig dejligt hus beliggende på dobbeltgrund med en fantastisk pool i haven. Området var generelt meget roligt og hyggeligt.

Host is very accommodating, providing a great, comfortable service for collecting keys, etc. The listing is spacious, clean, and has lots of bathrooms which is especially great for a large group. Lovely garden and pool area however it could have done with some maintenance; plants overgrown a bit. Overall a great experience we would recommend.
