From the private infinity pool and Jacuzzi, you can enjoy idyllic views of the sea and neighbouring palm trees. During the day, you can relax in the sun on a lounger by the pool. In the evening, you can watch the sun set over the surrounding pine forests from the terrace's comfortable sofas or enjoy a meal with friends under the stars in the shelter of the modern pergola.


The interiors of Villa Constras are also designed to make the most of the magnificent sea views. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open the living spaces to the sun terrace, filling the interiors with light and revealing views of the sea.

Designed by Bruno Erpicum, the interiors, with their plush velvet fabrics contrasting with glass and high gloss, are decorated in soft grey tones and convey a dreamy feeling. Across the width of the property, the kitchen, dining room and living room flow into an elegant open-plan living room from which you can enjoy views over the pool terrace and out to sea.


A cosy cinema room, a spacious games and entertainment room and a bright gym offer further opportunities for socialising and relaxation. Staff/nanny accommodation is also available in this house.
