Please read completely !ONE double bedroom per 2 persons will be opened, cleaned and heated. For the 3rd and 4th person, the 2nd bedroom is provided. From the 5th to 6th person, the 3rd bedroom is provided. We open the 4th bedroom for 7 persons or more. If 2 people wish to stay in 2 separate bedrooms (single room), an additional cleaning and energy flat rate will be charged for each additional open bedroom. All other areas are of course always completely open. NO party ! NO events, NO excessive alcohol, the neighbourhood must be respected in the residential area, from 11 pm night's rest and room volume. Music during the day at the pool maximum background music. Due to bad experiences: no youth groups or adolescent adults. There are better places and houses for partying. Very popular: Quiet, clean, responsible groups, families, sports enthusiasts: cycling, hiking, water sports. In Can Picafort: restaurants, shops, supermarket, doctor, pharmacy, beach, water sports all within walking distance. Max. 1 x baby cot and high chair for baby available. EVERY pool is dangerous for babies, toddlers and non-swimmers without supervision, as it is deep and there is no "fence" around it! Parents are responsible for children / non-swimmers themselves! No liability by landlord. Arrival with small dog: final cleaning + 50 and deposit increases from 300 to 500

Well furnished, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen: fridge, oven, toaster, coffee machine, etc., living room: Wlan flat screen TV (German), sofa, floor-to-ceiling windows, table, chairs. Garden: loungers, large table, chairs, barbecue, air conditioning everywhere, so that each of the 4 rooms and the living area can be regulated separately.

Green garden with private pool 24 m2 large 1 to 1.8 metres deep, several (roof) terraces, gas barbecue, deck chairs, sun protection, indoor and outdoor dining area with table and chairs for 8 people.

House rules: NO party ! NO events, NO excessive alcohol, the neighbourhood must be respected in the residential area, from 11 pm night's rest and room volume. No youth groups or adolescent adults, there are better places and houses for partying. The landlord only speaks German and English, NO Spanish! (El anfitrión sólo habla alemán e inglés, ¡NO español!) Only quiet, clean, respectful guests. Non-smoking house, cigarettes and ashes must be disposed of outside the house, not in the kitchen or bathroom rubbish bin! Music during the day at the pool only so loud, maximum background music, that the neighbours are not disturbed. There is no possibility for additional beds or children/babies ! Only the number of guests booked. We want clean, quiet guests who are looking for a relaxing holiday, not party guests. The beach is accessible via a ramp, so that e.g. a pram or handcart can be taken along. The village centre with restaurants is approx. 500m away. A good large supermarket is only 50 metres away.
