Maison spacieuse et facilité de stationnement. On peut faire ses courses à pied. Quartier tranquille.
La proximité des voisins avec des fenêtres donnant sur la piscine. Une grande porte partiellement en bois et rideau noir au fond de la cour qui laisse passée toutes les conversations des voisins. La partie piscine n'est pas très intime.
