Chalet Sedes is a charming Mallorca Chalet, with beautiful views, located a few minutes' walk from the Ses Fonts Ufanes Natural Park and in a very quiet area, where you can fully enjoy nature, tranquility, and a wonderful stay with family or friends.
Upon entering the chalet, you'll find an open-plan kitchen leading to the living and dining room.
The entire ambiance is rustic, very bright, with high ceilings with wooden beams and white walls.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances and equipment you may need during your vacation.
The living room has comfortable sofas and a satellite TV where you can enjoy watching a movie or reading a good book.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Chalet Sedes has 4 bedrooms.
One bedroom to the right of the kitchen, with two single beds, and opposite it, another bedroom with a 1.20m bed for single use.
This bedroom features stone details and built-in wardrobes.
At the back of the living room, there is a modern bathroom with a shower, and to the right, a single step leads to a spacious room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The bathroom is very large and includes a bathtub, shower, and bidet.
Opposite and down two steps is the last bedroom with a 1.20m single bed for a deep rest.
All rooms include hot/cold air conditioning.
In line with local energy-saving initiatives, the air conditioning in all units is programmed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
There is also an AC in the living room that operates from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
From the kitchen/dining area, a door opens to the terrace, which is partially covered with a thatched roof, allowing you to enjoy alfresco dining.
Outside the house, there is a laundry room and a large brick barbecue.
A portable barbecue is also available for you to enjoy your culinary delights wherever you prefer.
The exterior of the house stands out with its stone details and large swimming pool surrounded by majestic mountain views.
The pool is ideal for families as it is enclosed by a fence, making it a safe area for children.

Campanet is a small and cozy village situated on top of a small hill.
In the village, you will find a variety of cafes, traditional restaurants, bars, and many typical shops with welcoming atmospheres and folklore.
On any Tuesday, you can visit its open-air market and find fresh agricultural products.
The old town of Pollensa or the beach of Puerto Alcudia are some of the nearby resorts, located a 20-minute drive from here.
The beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Playa de Muro are also at the same distance. * * * * * Cleaning service, pool towels, and a welcome basket are provided free of charge with every booking.

sehr abseits gelegen, gute Atmosphäre, tolle Aussicht, fast absolute Ruhe in ländlicher Idylle.
Die Heiz-Möglichkeiten in der kalten Jahreszeit ( bei uns Dezember ) sind nicht ausreichend. Wir haben im Haus an vielen Tagen über viele Stunden sehr gefroren... Bettwäsche sehr dünn und nicht unbedingt ausreichend...

We travelled as a family of 6. All adults. A car was needed and what we expected as we wanted a relaxing week away, but was easy to travel to other areas.
The villa was as shown in photos and we all enjoyed our time there and if you want a relaxing time, I would recommend a stay here.

I travelled a lot of countries all around the world and this was fantastic probably one of the best trips. This house is located in a small quiet village around you are only goats and sheep without any smell. The pool was big and clear. There are 2 cats and they are very friendly. Amazing house !
