Finca La Encina is a recently built house that has been built imitating the classic Mallorcan country houses and in which all the details have been taken care of to make its guests enjoy a spectacular holiday in the most authentic and rural Mallorca. The house has 5 double rooms distributed in 2 different buildings. In the main house there are 4 double rooms distributed over 2 floors and there is also a small bungalow type house near the pool area where the fifth double room is located with its own bathroom and air conditioning.


Inside the main house you will find a spacious kitchen fully equipped and furnished in the old style but with all modern conveniences, a large living-dining room with fireplace and a large central table with TV and access to several terraces, a double bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a cellar-cellar to enjoy the best wines. From the large and beautiful entrance area you can access the upper floor where you will find the other 3 double bedrooms, one of them with its own sitting area with TV and a spectacular covered terrace with beautiful views of the countryside and en suite bathroom, and another complete bathroom.


The outside areas of Finca La Encina are really spectacular, peaceful and very well kept. It has several covered and furnished terraces around the house, beautiful cobbled floors, garden and fruit trees and a pool area that will delight guests, who can enjoy a huge private pool of 18m x 8m, barbecue, sunbeds and an outdoor chill-out bar area furnished with sofas and a large table where you can enjoy both day and night of this special area. Outside this beautiful property you will also find a covered area where you can park several vehicles.

This spectacular house built in the style of the typical country manor houses is located in the heart of the island of Mallorca and surrounded by fields and vegetation, where the peace and quiet will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. The house is situated about 5 km from the beautiful and well known village of Porreres, where you can enjoy good restaurants in its beautiful church square and enjoy a complete weekly market that takes place every Tuesday. In Porreres you will also find all the other services you may need during your holidays such as supermarkets and shops. Other nearby towns worth visiting are Felanitx or Vilafranca.


The nearest beaches are the unspoilt beaches in the south of the island such as Es Trenc or Es Caragol, situated at a distance of about 18 km, although due to its location you will also have quick access to other beautiful beaches in the east of the island such as Cala Mondragó or S'Amarador. It is worth mentioning that Finca La Encina is a cycling-friendly estate as it is situated very close to some of the most popular cycle routes. The nearest golf course is Son Antem in Llucmajor, about 26 km away.
