Llubí is a small town located in the center of Mallorca where you will find restaurants, bars and some shops.
It is also just 20 minutes by car from the bay of Alcudia and its spectacular sandy beaches, or from the coves of Port de Pollença. It is also very close to Palma, the capital of the island. Keep in mind that airplanes usually pass in this area, which may be an aspect to consider for some tenants. Air conditioning: - You will find fans and radiators at your disposal. Costs to be paid at destination and not included in the price: - Final cleaning 260 euros per reservation (Required)- Tourist tax (Required) Notes: - The information of all guests (name, surname, gender, date of birth, passport number/id number, date of issue and nationality) must be provided before the check-in day through our platform.
