On an area of 10,000 square meters, overgrown with pines, agaves, juniper and rosemary bushes, the architect Henri Quillè planned this villa.

From the north terrace you have a beautiful view of nature, the sea and the legendary rock of Ibiza "Es Vedrá". Since both terraces are partially covered, you can enjoy your tapas and a good wine with friends on stylish furniture even in strong sun. The house is independent from the environment due to its modern solar system and a collection basin for rain fresh water.
But this also means that you should be careful with energy and water.

An emergency generator automatically ensures the supply, should the capacity of the batteries once but no longer sufficient.

Overall the service was good.
This said, there was a problem with the water and we didn’t had any water for an entire day. We think that it is totally unacceptable hence we were living at 40 degrees and we werent able to shower or drink.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à la casa sa paret nova. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Jorg, qui s’occupe de la maison est charmant et disponible en cas de besoin.

Molto bella ed accogliente "Sa Paret Nova". La villa si presta per una vacanza rilassante, comoda e molto confortevole.
Ci siamo trovati molto bene, a nostro agio con la disponibilità del Sig. Jorg .
Arredata con gusto e stile, la villa segue le linee arrotondate della dolce isola di Formentera.
