The 199 m² of accommodation is surrounded by garden and full views of the countryside, to be enjoyed from the large private swimming pool surrounded by a 15 m² terrace with barbecue, table and sun loungers and all the outdoor furniture to make the most of it. The plot is fenced to preserve privacy.

For entertainment or work it has internet access (wifi), for the cold season it is equipped with central heating.

The kitchen is American style and very spacious with a modern glass table, a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, fryer, toaster, kettle and juicer.



The parking is outdoors but it is inside the house.
