Villa Josepina offers 1049 m² and a stunning view of the Costa d'en Blanes and the Puerto Portals marina.

Port de Portals offers many opportunities to eat regional specialities in the numerous restaurants.

The town is approx. 8 km from the capital Palma and the associated motorway is in the immediate vicinity.

The villa, however, is in a quiet residential area.

With 5 bedrooms, the air-conditioned villa offers enough space for up to 12 people. 2 of the bedrooms are located in the lower part of the villa.

Each with a double bed, one bedroom has an ensuite sauna and 2 further single beds, which is ideal for a family with small children.

The villa also has a huge terrace with plenty of seating and dining options, as well as a jacuzzi and barbecue area.

The 11 x 4 metre pool can be heated as required and also has a counter-current system.

In addition, the villa offers a fitness corner with a lot of equipment as well as a large sitting couch with a home cinema system and a screen. At the moment, one bedroom in the basement cannot be used.
