Villa Rivo is a 250 m² villa with incredible sea views and direct access to several coves (only 20 metres away), located in a privileged place in Costa de la Calma. It has a large terrace of about 75m2, where you can enjoy the magnificent views, simply relax under the pine trees listening to the waves or eating with the family. You can also enjoy the interior for its comfort, functionality and its own style that make it unique. The house has a total of six bedrooms and ten beds. The outside area makes this villa so attractive because of its sunny and covered terraces with beautiful sea views, the coves right at the foot of the villa and the gardens.



The property is divided into two floors. On the entrance level there is a master bedroom (with bathroom and separate WC), 3 double bedrooms (all equipped with a small washbasin), a bathroom, a toilet with washbasin, a fitted kitchen and a living room with fireplace, as well as access to the main terrace with outdoor sofas, sun loungers and tables with chairs. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms with a total of six single beds, the laundry room and a bathroom with shower, access to a covered terrace and the path with access to the beaches and outdoor shower.



Villa Rivo has hot and cold air conditioning in all the bedrooms and heating in the living-dining room as well as large windows that fill the house with light and give a feeling of spaciousness. It is surrounded by lovely pine trees that provide shade, and situated a few metres from the sea, in an idyllic and quiet area of the Costa de la Calma. Close to all amenities such as golf courses, restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacies, tennis courts, beaches, only 20 minutes from Palma and 10 minutes from the exclusive yacht club of Port Adriano.



A deposit of 500 € must be paid prior to arrival by bank transfer or credit card.



During 2025, construction is in progress on the adjoining plot. We hope that the noise will not affect your stay.



Check-in after 20:00 will incur an extra charge of 50€ to be paid in cash on arrival. There is a cot and high chair available (on request).




*This property is located in a residential area, therefore only families or groups of responsible people who want peace and quiet will be accepted, no groups of young people will be accepted.




Rules


- Smoking is not permitted inside the property. If you wish to smoke outside, please ensure that you do not leave cigarette butts on the ground.



- Please maintain order and cleanliness at all times.



- You must take care of the rubbish generated during your stay. Please separate your rubbish into the appropriate containers and place it in the designated place.



- Use the air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also be sure to close windows and doors so that hot or cold air does not escape.



- No parties or events are allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
