This house has been completely restored to offer a unique holiday experience, combining modernity and comfort with the island's traditional lifestyle.
Ideal for those looking to disconnect from stress and enjoy the peace and tranquility that only a village like Campanet can offer, Font 41 is the perfect destination for a relaxing holiday. The villa is spread over two floors and offers elegant interiors tastefully furnished, featuring high-end appliances that guarantee a comfortable and pleasant stay.
On the main floor, you will find a spacious living room with comfortable sofas and a TV, a large dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals.
Font 41 has three cozy bedrooms, one of which is a double room and two are single rooms, ideal for families or groups of friends.
The villa also has three bathrooms with showers, providing the comfort our guests deserve.
Furthermore, the spacious terraces allow you to enjoy views of the picturesque village of Campanet and the surrounding hills, creating a perfect ambiance for outdoor relaxation.
The gem of Font 41 is its private swimming pool, where you can unwind while enjoying the breathtaking views.
Air conditioning is programmed from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
If you are looking for a place to disconnect from daily stress and enjoy the tranquility, comfort, and charm of Mallorca, Font 41 is the perfect villa. Important Information: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property.
Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 will be applied for waste management. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016).
Shortly before your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
