Moderne, insgesamt gut eingerichtete Küche.
Kurzer Weg zum Strand.
Im allgemeinen ruhige Wohngegend, zeitweise ausgenommen von den hinten angrenzenden Nachbarn.
Gute Busverbindung nach Cala Millor mit Anschlussverbindungen dort.
Die Einfahrt zum Haus ist schwer zu finden, schlechter Weg als Zufahrt,
sehr enge Wendemöglichkeit am Haus.
Ungepflegter Garten.
Die Dachterrasse hat nur einen Sonnenschutz, aber keinen Regenschutz. Es waren nur 3 Terrassenstühle vorhanden und nur zwei Liegen.

Casa ben organizzata e con un bellissimo terrazzo dove abbiamo fatto diversi aperitivi. Zona fresca e tranquilla. Diversi ottimi ristoranti in zona. Molte belle spiagge nel giro di mezz’ora di macchina.

Nice Apartment in a quite part of Mallorca. The beach is just 200 m away and not touristic at all. Apartment is big, clean, has everything you need and a 360 degrees roof top terrace. Communication with landlord was good.
