Seafront Penthouse with Stunning Views – Puerto de Pollença
Located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, this elegant penthouse offers an exceptional holiday experience with spectacular views directly over the beach of Puerto de Pollença. Its privileged location and comfortable design make it the ideal choice for those wishing to enjoy the sea in style and comfort.
Accommodating up to five guests, the apartment features a spacious and bright open-plan living and dining area that opens onto a private terrace with breathtaking views over the bay – the perfect setting for seaside breakfasts or sunset dinners.
The dining and living spaces are integrated with the kitchen, creating a sense of openness and light.
This area is equipped with an air conditioning unit that efficiently cools the entire common space. There are three bedrooms.
The two main bedrooms, both with double beds, have individual air conditioning units for optimal comfort.
The third bedroom is smaller, with a single bed. Although it does not have its own air conditioning unit or wardrobe, it is located next to the living room, where the main air conditioning unit is installed, ensuring a pleasant temperature. The apartment includes two full bathrooms, each with a washbasin, toilet, and shower.
Next to the kitchen, there is a practical laundry area equipped with a washing machine – ideal for longer stays or family holidays. Regarding parking, there is a designated area right in front of the building that is free during the low season and pay-and-display during the day in high season (blue zone). However, free parking can be found in the surrounding streets, adding extra convenience for guests travelling by car. This penthouse combines understated luxury, unparalleled views, and an excellent location in one of the most sought-after areas in northern Mallorca.

The view is amazing. The drains smell of rotten eggs if not used for a day. Lights in the master bedroom are not comf...

Frequent visitors to Port de Pollensa so very familiar with the area. We came with friends this year and decided upon an apartment. Location right on the front was perfect, we could sit on the balcony and just watch the world go by. Los Faroles is central and has restaurants and shops very close by....
