Paris is a beautiful house with a special charm in a quiet area just a few meters from the beautiful sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina.



It is a charming house with lots of light, equipped for 6 people. In the house you will find two large terraces, one on the roof terrace, where you can enjoy relaxing moments on the 3 sun loungers. Another large terrace is located in the typical Majorcan patio of the house and is equipped with a table with 6 chairs and a barbecue.



There is a spacious living and dining room with comfortable armchairs, as well as a large wooden table for 6 people and a large TV. The kitchen, which will be completely renovated from spring 2025, is fully equipped, with oven and dishwasher, among others. The beds in the bedrooms have comfortable mattresses. There are two double bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with bunk beds. In addition, there is a bathroom with shower next to the bedrooms and another renovated bathroom with shower on the ground floor terrace from 2025.



The living room and two of the bedrooms are air-conditioned. The bunk bedroom is connected via a curtain with a double bedroom and can therefore be cooled. In addition, it has a ceiling fan. There is WiFi and two TVs: one Smart TV in the living room and one in the double bedroom.



The holiday home is located in Son Serra de Marina, a village known for its great beach and coastal area. The village has excellent restaurants where you can enjoy meals near the beach and feel the sea breeze. Enjoy the pleasure of walking along the sand of the amazing beach of Son Serra. It is an ideal starting point for excursions to enjoy nature and, of course, the sea. If you want a holiday of sun and sea, this is your accommodation.
