"Villa Luxury Binibona" is an idyllic semi-detached villa with 4 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms and 264 m2 on two floors. It is suitable for 6 adults + 1 baby * with the option to add some more guests, as it has a sofa bed as an extra bed.
This spacious and bright flat, completely refurbished, with very modern and stylish furniture, has an open living room with access to a terrace with stunning views of the beautiful valley of Selva, SMART TV with flat screen, and air conditioning system and ducted heat pump.
On the ground floor, we find 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 singles. The first of them is located at the entrance of the house and is a spacious bedroom with a double bed of about 1.80x2.00m, with its own desk, TV and DVD player with movies, and the addition of a Billiard table that at the same time becomes an Air Hockey table. Opposite this room we have a full bathroom with shower.
Next we have the 2 single bedrooms with beds of 1.10x2.00 m, which have fitted wardrobes and their respective desks as well. Next to these bedrooms there is another large bathroom with bathtub and shower.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king size double bed 2.00x2.00m, with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. It is on the same floor that we have the spacious living room with a sofa and armchairs harmonizing this common area, where we can enjoy your SMART TV, with access to the main terrace of the house of about 16m2 with unique views.
Following the living room, we have a dining room with its furniture and the open kitchen, with access to the backyard; equipped with the latest appliances, the kitchen is a spacious and bright space where you can enjoy the culinary art. Our guests have an oven, microwave, dishwasher, 4 induction hobs, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, 2 door fridge with freezer, electric coffee maker, kitchen island, it has everything you need and more to make use of it and feel at home when cooking.
From the kitchen we have large windows that lead to the backyard of about 60m2, which is covered with a porch where our guests can enjoy the outdoor furniture to share breakfasts, meals and barbecues with family or friends near the pool. The charcoal barbecue is located in the same area. It is outside the property that we have the laundry room and there is also a complete bathroom with shower next to it.
The size of the private swimming pool (salt) is 7x4m, and the depth is from 1.10m to 1.70m. Sun loungers are also available for our guests. The accommodation is also equipped with: washing machine, iron, high chair, cot, hair dryer. Internet (Wifi, free of charge). Outdoor parking spaces for 3 cars.
This is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a dream holiday in a peaceful setting with beautiful views of the mountains and the enchanting landscape of the Selva valley.

- A security deposit of 500 € is required at check-in and will be returned on check-out.
