The house is close to Paseo Marítimo and Génova.
By car, you can reach Puerto Portals and Bendinat in just 8 minutes, two of Mallorca’s liveliest areas.
A supermarket with local vegetables and organic products, as well as a pharmacy, are about 300 m away. Just 1.5 km, around a 20-minute walk, is the Fundació Miró Mallorca, where you can admire famous works by the renowned Catalan artist. At 2 km—about 30 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car—you’ll find the beautiful Cala Major beach, known for its relaxed atmosphere. A bus stop just 500 m from the house offers direct connections to both Palma city center and the beach. The street borders a small natural area with local vegetation, where free-range chickens add an authentic Mallorcan rural touch to this urban neighborhood, typical of Palma’s residential life. Le logement est bien situé, proche de l'autoroute. Le stationnement est bien pratique car à coté du gîte. Le logement en lui même etait tres propre, tres fonctionnel et une literie impéccable. L'accueil au top. On y retournera sans hésitation

Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend. Es war alles nötige vorhanden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr ansprechend. Hervorheben möchte ich die Wasserfilteranlage und die stylische Küche. Beides hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Ebenso der eingewachsene und ursprüngliche Garten. Einziger Kritikpunkt waren ...
