Can Pauma is an old rural house more than 200 years old that has been completely restored and refurbished, preserving its typical Mallorcan character. Years ago the house was completely outside the village of Ca's Concos, but the inevitable growth of the village has meant that it is now completely integrated, but still retains the rural character that has always characterised the house.


The house has 4 double bedrooms and 3 complete bathrooms (1 of them en suite) spread over 2 floors.


The main floor consists of a double bedroom located in the beautiful entrance area, a fully equipped kitchen, a communal bathroom and a spacious and elegant living room, equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and music system. From there you have several accesses to the terrace and the swimming pool.


The upper floor is divided into two separate areas with separate entrances. In the first area, which is accessed by stairs in the entrance area, is one of the double bedrooms. This bedroom is equipped with its own music system, satellite TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second area is accessed from the living room, where you will find the other 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a second cosy living room.


Like almost all classic country houses, the outside area of the house offers an incomparable ambience. Whether from the terrace or sunbathing in one of the hammocks, the beautiful views of the countryside will make you feel relaxed and believe that you are in a totally rural area.


The house is accessed via a driveway that separates the property from the nearest house and connects directly to the large back plot. There you will find the private covered parking for several vehicles, the private swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a large covered terrace with table and chairs and a huge ficus tree that give personality to the property and make the garden an ideal place to relax and read in the shade.
