Can Pauma is an ancient country house, over 200 years old, which has been completely restored and renovated while preserving its typically Majorcan character.
Years ago, the house was completely outside the village of Ca's Concos, but the inevitable growth of the village has meant it is now fully integrated, yet it still retains the rural character that has always defined the house.
The house has 4 double bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (1 of them en suite) spread over 2 floors.
The main floor consists of a double bedroom located in the lovely entrance area, a fully equipped kitchen, a communal bathroom, and a spacious and elegant living area with a satellite TV, DVD player, and stereo system.
From here, there are several accesses to the terrace and the pool.
The upper floor is divided into two separate areas with distinct entrances.
The first area, accessed by stairs located in the entrance area, contains one of the double bedrooms.
This bedroom is equipped with its own stereo system, satellite TV, and an en-suite bathroom.
The second area is accessed from the living room and houses the other 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, and a second, very cozy living room.
Like almost all classic country houses, the outdoor area of the house offers an incomparable atmosphere.
Whether from the terrace or while sunbathing peacefully in one of the loungers, the beautiful countryside views will make you feel very relaxed and as if you are in a completely rural area.
Access to the house is via a path that separates the property from the nearest house and connects directly to the large rear grounds.
Here you will find private, covered parking for several vehicles, a private pool with loungers and umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a large covered terrace with a table and chairs, and an enormous ficus tree that gives personality to the property and makes the garden an ideal place to relax and read in the shade.
