Additionally, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two of them with two single beds each and another with a double bed. These bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms. A few steps lead you to the next floor, where there are two more bedrooms, each with 2 single beds and en-suite bathrooms. The house is fully air-conditioned (hot/cold) and there is a fireplace in the living room for cozy winter evenings. Enjoy the beautiful patio where you can spend pleasant moments reading a book or having a drink in good company.
From here, you can access a spa area to cool off on hot days.
There is also an outdoor toilet. From the rooftop terrace, you have an unforgettable view over beautiful Artá! IMPORTANT: - All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed via instant messaging, outside the platform. - All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday accommodations must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it; in this case, you will receive a separate message to make this payment. 💡 Important note on electricity consumption: Out of respect for the environment and to encourage responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. La casa está en una ubicación perfecta y muy tranquila . La pequeña piscina es muy agradable . Es una casa muy cómoda para ir en un grupo grande . Repetiremos sin dudarlo .
Leyendo las reseñas comentaban que había muchas hormigas y la verdad es que hay muchas y deberían de fumigar . El microondas no funcionaba . Quitando estos detalles el resto muy bien .

El sitio es espectacular, lo único es q la habitación de abajo solo la utilizamos la primera noche porque vimos que había cucarachas y tuvimos que dormir 3 en una cama.Si que es cierto que nos faltaron servicios básicos como bolsas de basura, lavavajillas, detergente, etcPero tengo que decir que la casa estaba fenomenal y muy cuidada
