This modern and cosy townhouse with spectacular sea views is located in Son Serra de Marina and sleeps 4 people plus 2 extras. Here you can enjoy the beauty and tranquillity that the area has to offer.
The room
With 85 m2, it has a total of 2 bedrooms, one with a bunk bed and the other with a double bed. The 2 extra beds are on the sofa bed in the living room. There is 1 modern bathroom with a large shower that serves the whole house.
The living-dining room is ideal for reading a book on the large sofa, watching TV-Sat. or looking out the window and admiring the view of the sea and the mountains of Cap Farrutx. The living room has an exit to the terrace with a small chill-out corner, ideal for a glass of wine in the afternoon or a cocktail in the evening. The dining area is in the same room as the kitchen and living room and is equipped with a table and chairs. You can cook comfortably in the open-plan kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals. It has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
The location of the accommodation is perfect, as it is in a quiet urbanisation and very close to the sea. A rocky beach is only 20 metres away and a large sandy beach of more than 1 km is only 500 metres away. At the end of the urbanisation you will find good bars and restaurants almost directly on the beach. There is also a rental for paddle surfboards, the trendy water sport, and excursions are organised.
Ca'n Picafort, a very urban area with many restaurants, supermarkets and leisure facilities, is only 10 minutes away by car. Halfway between Son Serra and Ca'n Picafort is an estate called Son Real. There is a Phoenician necropolis there and it is worth going to the beach from where you can walk to Son Serra, which is especially recommended when it is not so hot.
