Casa Magdalena in Cala D'Or is a two-floor house and a white-color Mediterranean style with green shutters, which is typical of the center of Cala D'or; on the ground floor, we find the dining room with two different areas, one with two sofas facing the TV and a dining table; from the dining room, we enter the fully-equipped white kitchen with access to the terrace. On the ground floor, there is 1 single bedroom and 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two beds; in addition, the ground floor has two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.


On the second floor, we find an independent apartment with access from the outside that has a small kitchen, a living room with a small sofa, a TV and a dining table, a single room, two double rooms with two single beds.


The exteriors are located at the back of the house where there is a large covered terrace with a dining table and access to the kitchen, a circular pool with a shallow area, hammocks and a wonderful work barbecue .All the exteriors are surrounded by hedges giving privacy despite being surrounded by houses. This house is not ideal for people looking for calm and tranquility, it is for families and groups that value having beaches and services near the house.
