Additionally, there are 2 bathrooms with showers and 1 additional bathroom.
The terraces, both covered and uncovered, provide a perfect space for relaxation, surrounded by a beautiful garden and a built-in barbecue, ideal for organizing memorable outdoor dinners.
With the beach just a short walk away, don't hesitate to make your reservation. To ensure our guests' comfort, air conditioning is available and included in the price between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The tourist tax is already included in the price. Information to note: In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
New keys must be collected by the guest from our office. On the day of departure, no trash should be left at the property.
Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied. Guest check-in is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26) and Greece (Law 4446/2016). Shortly before your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.

150 Schritte bis zum sauberen Strand. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten im und um die Villa. Die Ausstattung der Küche war umfänglich und reichlich.
Gute Gastronomie im nahen Umfeld.
Sonnenliegen haben gefehlt. Alles ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Backofen war dreckig. Die Spülmaschine reinigt sehr mäßig. Eine Duschtür fehlte.
An das regelmäßige Fangen von ein bis drei Kakerlaken muss man sich gewöhnen.

Top Lage, 3 Minuten zu Fuss an den Strand, alles ohne Auto erreichbar auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Eigener Parkplatz, Tor mit Code zu öffnen.
Pool fehlt, auf Grund der Lage so nahe am Strand haben wir ihn jedoch nicht vermisst.
