Beautiful finca located on the outskirts of Palma; just 15 kilometers from the center of Palma port.
As you will see in the surroundings of the property and its vicinity, the land is delicately populated with almond, carob, orange, lemon, plum, and loquat trees, along with varied vegetation, making it a place where peace and tranquility can be breathed.
The villa, being on a small hill, allows you to enjoy views of the Bay of Palma and the mountains from the terrace and the pool. This fantastic villa is composed of a ground floor and an upper floor.
It features common areas including the living room, dining room, and kitchen on the ground floor, and eight bedrooms.
The three bathrooms have been fully renovated. Outside, the enormous swimming pool stands out, offering spectacular views of the Sierra de Tramuntana.
Around the house, you will find well-maintained gardens and ample spaces for playing, walking, and sunbathing.
The vast grounds allow for a private walk of over 2 kilometers.
Additionally, you will find a barbecue outside, providing everything needed to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. This finca is designed for enjoying a peaceful and rural environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with maximum comfort for resting with family or friends. A perfect choice for spending your holidays in Mallorca.

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Die Location ist etwas mehr im Landesinneren gelegen und sehr ruhig. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen :)
