The pool is spacious and features a solarium area with sun loungers and umbrellas surrounded by greenery and a serene atmosphere; the pool is the ideal spot for a refreshing dip or simply to relax by the water. To ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay, the villa offers air conditioning, available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Information to keep in mind: In Mallorca, the use of barbecues and any type of fire in wooded areas and recreational areas is prohibited between May 1st and October 15th (the high-risk season for forest fires). This regulation, governed by the Ministry of Environment of the Balearic Islands, applies even to stone fireplaces provided in public recreational areas. In case of lost keys or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will apply during office hours and €75 outside of office hours.
The guest must collect the new keys from our office. On the day of departure, no trash should be left on the property.
Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of €150 for waste management will be applied. Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26th) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore, near your arrival date, we will send you an online registration link for the check-in of all guests.

Auch die Anfahrt ist komplett asphaltiert und überhaupt kein Problem wir waren mit unserem Vito Mixto mit Boot auf dem Dach es ging gut wir Hatten eine Super Zeit
