The rooms are distributed in four double bedrooms and one single bedroom. On the ground floor there are three double bedrooms; the main bedroom is equipped with a double bed and built-in wardrobe, the other double bedroom also has a double bed and built-in wardrobe and finally the third bedroom has two single beds and a built-in wardrobe with enough space to store clothes. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. On this floor there is also a spacious and ample bathroom fully equipped with bathtub and hairdryer.


The large and spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary to satisfy all culinary needs. It has a table and chairs, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils. It also has direct access to the back terrace where the barbecue is located.


The dining room is located between the kitchen and the living room and is equipped with a table and chairs for all the guests. It also has direct access to the back terrace. The living room has a large and comfortable sofa, satellite TV, DVD and has direct access to the terrace and to the outside where the swimming pool is located. The covered terrace is equipped with a garden table and chairs for all the guests to enjoy great meals.


The upper floor has a private entrance and is accessed from the back terrace. On this floor are the other two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Furthermore, it is equipped with a small kitchenette with fridge, cooker and oven. The living room is equipped with a sofa, an armchair, TV and air conditioning.


The main bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe with enough space to store clothes. The last bedroom has a single bed and a wardrobe. This floor has a large terrace with views to the nature to enjoy some nice evenings outdoors.


Outside the villa for rent in Menorca there is a private swimming pool, a barbecue and a terrace with a garden area. It has sun loungers, a parasol and all the necessary outdoor garden furniture to enjoy the sun, the swimming pool, and outdoor meals and evenings outdoors. All bed linen and one set of bath towels per person are included in the price. A change of all used towels is provided during the week and bed linen is changed every 7 days and a cleaning is carried out.
