Our property "Bell Punt" is located in Alcanada, 2 km from Alcudia.
The exteriors of this wonderful house are very beautiful.
Several terraces are furnished and decorated especially for you to enjoy your time on them, whether having breakfast with sea views, preparing exquisite barbecues, sunbathing, or reading while feeling the sea breeze.
And the best part is that in front of them, there is a large garden area that leads you directly to the sea.
Here you can go for a swim alongside the boats if you wish, although the pebble beach is located just 250 meters away, or a couple of minutes' walk. The house has two floors.
On the main floor, you will find a spacious living-dining room, ideal for relaxing, equipped with satellite TV and DVD, with sea views.
Next, the kitchen invites you to cook on the gas hob.
There are two bathrooms with bathtubs in the house, one on each floor.
Then, the four bedrooms are located upstairs, three with double beds and one with two single beds.
A crib, a high chair, and 3 fans are available. Aucanada is a very quiet and family-friendly coastal development, as the people who visit it are usually locals.
You can find a small park for the youngest members of the family just a few meters from the house, a small supermarket, a restaurant, and a golf course.
Its beach is wonderful if you are looking for peace and quiet and want to access the sea in just a few steps.
On the small island opposite the beach, accessible by swimming, there is a lighthouse. Electricity consumption is not included (€0.50/kWh).
Tourist tax to be paid on the day of arrival (€2 per person per night).

Big house, amazing view, great location a few steps from the water. Two minutes to a mini market and a restaurant. We loved the privacy, the view and the Spanish style house. Great host!

Great views - good location. Minor issues with hot water (quickly fixed) and the Wifi isn't super fast - although that's possible its the whole island.
